Reinventing the entire appointment process.

Research & Development
Working with clinical professionals from the NHS, we worked to understand why appointments failed and reinvented the entire appointment process, creating a self-service learning tool with a virtual reality experience to help alleviate the fears and misconceptions associated with MRI scans.
Design & Build
We designed and developed an immersive mobile application to help children and adults to prepare for an MRI scan and reduce the impact to the NHS of failed scans or missed appointments.
