LATIS Scientific, formerly part of the Suez Group, provides accredited analytical services to environmental, construction, waste, fuel, and engineering industries.
Renowned for their commitment to customer service, LATIS identified an opportunity to modernise how clients interact with their laboratory services—reducing administrative overheads, improving sample tracking, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Waymark partnered with LATIS to design and deliver a bespoke digital platform—combining a secure management tool, customer web portal, and offline-capable mobile app. The result: faster processes, reduced errors, and real-time visibility for clients and staff alike.


The Mission.
LATIS needed a solution that would:
Reduce the time and cost of handling customer enquiries about sample progress.
Digitise and streamline the process of logging, tracking, and reporting on site samples.
Allow customers to request collections, download certificates, and track consumables.
Ensure mobile functionality in remote locations with no connectivity, with automatic synchronisation when online.
Integrate seamlessly with LATIS’s Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Above all, the goal was to empower clients with self-service tools while enabling LATIS to maintain its competitive edge through service innovation.
