To support the launch of a new franchising model, HomeServe needed a digital platform that would enable its franchise partners to operate efficiently, access real-time job information, and seamlessly integrate with HomeServe’s core systems. Waymark partnered with HomeServe to deliver a reliable, cloud-based job management solution that now powers thousands of interactions every day.

The Mission.

HomeServe’s goal was to create a job and workforce management platform that could:

  • Centralise scheduling, dispatch, tracking, and reporting.

  • Eliminate manual paperwork and increase automation.

  • Ensure secure, real-time access to data for both franchise partners and internal teams.

  • Operate reliably at scale, without adding unnecessary complexity.

To deliver on this mission quickly and effectively, Waymark proposed a tailored solution built on our existing technology stack and deployed securely on Microsoft Azure.
