Positive Support Group (PSG) is a UK-based organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals in need of structured care and support. As their operations expanded, PSG recognised the urgent need to digitise manual processes, improve case data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Waymark partnered with PSG to design and deliver a bespoke digital platform—Transform—an application that streamlines case management, embeds the clinical pathway, and enables real-time business and clinical reporting. The solution provides PSG with a scalable, digital-first foundation for service delivery and future growth.

Built on Azure cloud infrastructure, the platform ensures secure authentication, role-based permissions, and audit trails—protecting sensitive data while meeting best-practice compliance standards.
